[1] There is a spike in numbers as DR 307-06 (Mississippi Gulf Coast) started reporting its numbers on Form 5266, Disaster Operations Control.

[2] Overnight stays include the number of people in shelters X number of nights they have stayed in the shelters.

[3] As people enter the program through shelter closures, other people are departing because they are making the transition to longer-term housing.
