Matt MyersMatt Myers is the EMS Education Manager for MedicAlert Foundation®, the nation's leading nonprofit emergency medical information service. He is a Paramedic with 13 years experience as both a flight and ground medic and has served as a preceptor, FTO and communications supervisor.

The crash occurred 7/28/98 south of Mendota, CA while on final approach to the scene of an MVA. All three crew members escaped with minor injuries.
